Tropical Fruit Fluff
Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup diced mango
1 cup diced kiwi
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
Add the drained mandarin oranges, diced mango, and diced kiwi to the bowl, gently mixing until well combined.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Finally, fold in the halved maraschino cherries.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
