Sausage rolls air fryer

Here’s a recipe for making sausage rolls in the air fryer:

1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

8 pork sausages

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for topping)

Ketchup or mustard (for serving, optional)

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a clean surface.

Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal rectangles.

Place a sausage onto one end of each pastry rectangle.

Roll the pastry around the sausage, ensuring it overlaps slightly, and press to seal the edges.

Repeat with the remaining sausages and pastry rectangles.

Brush the tops of the sausage rolls with beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired.

Place the sausage rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each roll.

Air fry the sausage rolls at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy, and the sausages are cooked through.

Once done, remove the sausage rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Serve the sausage rolls with ketchup or mustard for dipping, if desired.

Enjoy these delicious and crispy air fryer sausage rolls as a snack or appetizer!
