BEEF

Loaded Cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY:

For the Beef Patties:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembling the Burger:

4 hamburger buns

4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, Swiss, or your favorite cheese)

8 slices of cooked bacon

Lettuce leaves

Sliced tomatoes

Sliced red onions

Pickles

Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, or your favorite condiments

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.

Cook the beef patties on the preheated grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.

While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet until lightly golden.

Once the beef patties and buns are cooked, assemble the loaded cheeseburgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.

Top each patty with two slices of cooked bacon, lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, pickles, and any other desired toppings.

Spread your favorite condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.) on the top half of each bun.

Place the top half of the bun over the toppings to complete the loaded cheeseburger.

Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as french fries, onion rings, or potato salad.
