Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

 

For the bomb:

1 kilo of ground meat

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of garlic

1/2 teaspoon of garlic

1/2 teaspoon of apple-onion

8 chopped

12 pieces bacon

Cloves (for bacon)

For the sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 /4 teaspoons paprika

 

Directions For Use:

Preheat your grill or oven to 190°C.

Mix ground meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl.

Divide the beef into 12 equal pieces and cut each piece.

Put a cube of cheddar cheese in the middle of each meatball and shape the meat into a ball.

Wrap each beef ball with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Bake or bake the cheeseburger buns for about 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is browned and the beef is cooked through.

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and red pepper powder in a bowl until well mixed.
