No Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas and applesauce.
Stir in oats, almond milk, raisins, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cookies are firm and lightly golden.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
