2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 cup almond flour

2 tablespoons coconut flour

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk



Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and almond milk until well blended.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms

Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and firm.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into desired portions.
