INGREDIENTS:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 large eggs

1 lb breakfast sausage

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, hot sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

 

Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

 

 

Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined.
